Our support process, responsibilities, and hours are published in our Terms of Service. Our support hours are:

  • Between 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Business Days for Severity Level 1 Errors

  • Between 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Business Days for other Support Requests
